Course Overview:

This training provides essential education on preventing sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace. Designed to comply with California’s SB 1343 under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), this course is critical for fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional work environment.

The course covers:

  • Recognizing and addressing sexual harassment in its various forms.
  • Understanding workplace discrimination and the consequences of retaliation.
  • Practical strategies for creating a safe and inclusive workplace.
  • Reporting procedures for harassment and discrimination incidents.

Duration Requirements:

  • All employees: 1 hour of training, covering Modules 1–5, 7, and 9–10.
  • Managers and supervisors: 2 hours of training, covering all modules with extended content in Module 6.

All employees are required to complete the core training (Modules 1–5, 7, and 9–10). If you wish to gain additional knowledge typically covered in managerial training, you may voluntarily complete the advanced modules.

Frequency:

This training must be completed once every two years to ensure compliance with state regulations and to maintain a positive and respectful workplace culture.
