Becoming a Trainer
Become a Trainer at Castro Fitness
Join the dynamic and supportive environment at Castro Fitness and take your coaching career to the next level.
Candidate Requirements
Before you join us as a partner, make sure you meet the following essential qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Certification – Must have a valid and up-to-date certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
- CPR/AED Certification – Required to ensure client safety during training sessions.
- Liability Insurance – Must be valid and list Alex Fitness LLC as “Additionally Insured.”
All required documents must be valid, up to date, and submitted electronically, unless otherwise requested by management.
Additionally, a Document Verification Fee of $49.99 must be paid before the verification process begins. Verification may take 7 or more business days, as the processing time depends on the response speed of the issuing organizations.
Please note that paying the Document Verification Fee does not guarantee application approval—it only covers the cost of verifying the authenticity and validity of the submitted documents.
Partnership Integration Process
Our step-by-step approach to integrating new trainers into our network:
- Application Submission: Start by submitting your resume through the Castro Fitness website.
- Interview: Meet with our partnership manager to discuss your experience and qualifications.
- Skill Demonstration: Conduct a sample training session to showcase your coaching abilities.
- Final Approval: After evaluating all stages of the process, a final decision will be made regarding your integration as a partner.
Development Opportunities
At Castro Fitness, we do more than just train:
We support our trainers in developing their personal websites, enhancing their visibility and attracting more clients. This initiative extends beyond the gym floor, providing you with the tools to grow and succeed as an independent fitness professional.
