What is a Sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Castro Fitness, who may access or process data, potentially including Personal Data. Castro Fitness employs various sub-processors to perform different functions, as will be detailed in subsequent sections.

Contractual Safeguards

Castro Fitness requires all sub-processors to adhere to the same data protection obligations as Castro Fitness, according to the stipulations in our Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”).

Process for Engaging New Sub-processors

For subscribers who have entered into the Castro Fitness DPA, we will provide notifications through our website about any updates to our list of sub-processors. These are entities Castro Fitness plans to use or currently uses to deliver our services. We are committed to regularly updating this list to keep our subscribers informed about the extent of sub-processing involved in the Castro Fitness services.
