Shift Handover and Inspection Checklist
At the start of each shift, once the opening procedures are complete, conduct a thorough inspection of the gym to assess the condition in which it was left by the previous shift. Carefully check all areas, including equipment, locker rooms, restroom facilities, and common spaces, to ensure they meet the required standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness for members.
Any issues or areas that do not meet these standards should be documented in the shift handover report. This record helps maintain accountability and ensures that any necessary follow-up actions are addressed promptly.
